1. About XLVTH

XLVTH is an inventory and business-visibility product being developed by Brilliant Vault. In this notice, “XLVTH,” “we,” and “us” refer to the operator of this website and the XLVTH development application.

Development status: This public website is informational. The inventory application is being tested in a restricted development environment and is not generally available for public account registration. The eBay connection described below is planned, not active on this website.

Questions about this notice or how your information is handled can be sent to privacy@xlvth.com.

2. Information we handle

Information you send to us

If you email us, we receive your email address, the contents of your message, and any information you choose to include.

Limited-access application testing

The development application can process an account email address, authentication/session information, inventory item names and descriptions, photographs, acquisition costs, inventory quantities, storage information, imported CSV data, and related change history. Access is associated with an authenticated account.

Website technical data

Our website hosting provider may process technical request data, such as IP addresses, browser information, requested pages, and security events, to deliver and protect this website. We do not currently add our own advertising pixels or analytics tracking scripts to this static website.

3. How we use information

We use information to operate and improve XLVTH, verify sign-ins, manage account-scoped inventory records during development, respond to inquiries, diagnose errors, and help protect the service from unauthorized access.

We do not use information submitted through this site for targeted advertising or sell it to data brokers.

4. eBay and marketplace data

eBay connection is in development. The informational website does not connect to eBay or request access to your eBay account.

When an optional eBay connection becomes available, we intend to request the seller's authorization through eBay's OAuth process. With that permission, XLVTH may retrieve seller identity and inventory or listing information supported by the permissions granted and the APIs available. We will not ask for your eBay password.

The initial planned integration is for viewing existing marketplace information and helping sellers verify associations with their own XLVTH inventory records. It is not intended to create, revise, publish, or delete eBay listings or to modify orders.

Users may also choose to import inventory or listing references using CSV files. Such imported references are not automatically treated as verified eBay account associations. A future eBay connection can be revoked through eBay's account permissions; contact us regarding data previously imported into XLVTH.

5. Services that may process data

We use third-party services for particular functions, including:

  • Cloudflare: hosts and protects this informational website.
  • Microsoft 365: receives and stores messages sent to our privacy contact email address.
  • Supabase: supplies authentication for the limited-access development application.
  • Resend: sends development application authentication emails.
  • eBay: would process authorization and marketplace API requests if users choose to connect accounts after that capability is released.

Each provider may handle information under its own policies and terms. The providers and hosting arrangements may change as XLVTH approaches broader release; this notice will be updated as needed.

6. Storage and security

The application currently runs in a restricted development environment using an account-scoped inventory database and server-side verification of authentication. Access controls are intended to separate one customer's records from another's. Its existing test storage is not the final public cloud-hosting architecture.

We take reasonable steps to limit unauthorized access, but no online service, device, or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

7. Retention and privacy requests

We keep correspondence, development test records, and related operational information for as long as reasonably necessary for their purpose, security, troubleshooting, or applicable legal obligations. Specific retention periods and self-service account deletion features have not yet been established for a general public release.

You can email privacy@xlvth.com to request information about your data or ask for correction or deletion. We will review requests and respond as appropriate under applicable law, subject to information we may need to keep for legitimate legal, security, or operational reasons.

8. Changes, other websites, and contact

This website is not directed to children. Links to third-party websites, including eBay, are subject to those websites' own policies.

As XLVTH's features, hosting, and availability change, we may update this notice. The date above identifies the current version. We will review and revise it before offering the service broadly to external customers.
